2023 Scholarship Application

Attach a narrative or resume (2 pages or less) that details the following:  Candidate’s academic & personal interests, academic achievements & awards (including leadership roles), community involvement (particularly within the Olney Mill Community),sports & extracurricular activities, the college, university, or trade school the candidate is planning to attend, and any additional college assistance or scholarships the applicant has received.

1.  Attach a copy of the candidate’s most recent high school transcripts (grades 9-12), showing your grade point average (GPA).

2. Attach letters of recommendation or other pertinent information that will assist the Scholarship Committee and OMCA Board of Directors in evaluating the candidate.

3. Completed applications must be received by April 1, 2023 to be considered.
