Olney Mill Community Association
1. Attach a narrative or resume (2 pages or less) that details: Candidate’s academic & personal interests, Academic achievements & awards (including leadership roles), Community involvement (particularly within the Olney Mill Community), § Sports & extracurricular activities, The college or university the candidate is planning to attend, Any additional college assistance or scholarships the applicant has received.
2. Attach a copy of the candidate’s most recent high school transcripts (grades 9-12), showing your grade point average (GPA).
3. Attach letters of recommendation or other pertinent information that will assist the Scholarship Committee and OMCA Board of Directors in evaluating the candidate.
4. Completed applications must be received by April 1, 2018 to be considered.
